Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time

Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify us with your order number provided. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on GHOSTOWNCREW.COM accurately. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. If you don’t wish to take this in account, we suggest you choose from our black n white products.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on your return. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of original purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
